Ethical Principles and Publication Policy

Submissions to Mentis must guarantee that the work has not been previously published or is under consideration elsewhere. All submissions should include a copyright form signed by the corresponding author on behalf of all authors. Please refer to the form for additional copyright details. Once submitted, no additions, removals, or rearrangements of authors are allowed; submissions will be canceled under such circumstances.

Articles that do not align with the journal's scope or author guidelines may be rejected without peer review. After a revised manuscript has been accepted following reviewer suggestions, further changes to the editor-approved version are not permitted. Prior to publication, authors receive the final version for galley proof review. Any errors identified in the printing process are corrected and published as errata in the subsequent issue. However, uncorrected errors by the authors are not included in this process.

Mentis adheres to the guidance and principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) for all ethical matters in the publication process. Publishing articles is crucial for expanding the knowledge-sharing network, and authors, journal editors, reviewers, and the publisher should work harmoniously within ethical guidelines.
